Check out this trailer for a Spanish language Ratatouille rip off called Ratatoing. In a word... "ratatarded."
It reminds me of one of the better things to come outta SNL in recent years: White Possum Scream.

is this a weekly cartoon or a video game? either way, the animation is pretty great... circa 1991. i really am curious as to the origin of this clip.
This is an actual feature length (or close to feature length!) animated DVD that was produced relatively recently to capitalize on the release of Disney's Ratatouille.
Judging by the setting for this movie, I'd say it comes to us from south of the border. And, come to think of it, that's probably the explanation for the early-90s CGI. I mean, they're probably churning out this stuff on a refurbished Commodore 64 down there.
The saddest part about the whole thing is that the company that is distributing this crap is the same company that distributes Bill Plympton's classic cartoons (Your Face, The Tune, Plymptoons). Even worse is the inevitable truth that it's Ratatoing that's bringing in the dough!
